Justin practices exclusively in family law. He takes a compassionate approach to both parenting and property matters, understanding that separation can be difficult for everyone.

He is pragmatic and thinks outside the box and strives to obtain the best possible outcomes for clients.

Due to his previous experience in retail and commercial leasing law, personal insolvency law and corporate insolvency law, he is able to develop and advise in relation to corporate entities. This may include issues of insolvency that may be involved in a family law property matter.

His other areas of expertise are parenting matters involving allegations of domestic violence, family violence, drug abuse and alcohol abuse and will be able to advise you in relation to appropriate parenting arrangements, and assist you navigate what can be an extremely stressful and emotional time.

Tanya is an experienced family law solicitor based in our Gosford office.

Tanya commenced practice as a lawyer in Sydney where she worked in Administrative Law, acting in judicial review migration proceedings before the then Federal Circuit Court and also appearing in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in matters concerning social security, family assistance and child support.

Since Tanya began working on the Central Coast, she has practiced exclusively in family law and has experience working in a wide range of matters including complex parenting and property matters. Tanya was drawn to family law because of a desire to help people achieve outcomes that help them find closure following what is often the most difficult time in their lives.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and she is currently completing a Masters of Applied Law (Family Law).

Based in our Gosford office, Kyle works closely with our Practice Group Leader, Michelle Bromfield, on all Estate Planning and Administration matters for clients across the Central Coast and Newcastle Region.

Prior to joining the team here at Conditsis, Kyle gained valuable experience working for a Sydney based Insolvency, Commercial Litigation & Commercial Law firm. As a result of this experience, Kyle can provide advice in relation to issues of insolvency, bankruptcy, and the application of Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) which may arise throughout in the estate administration process.
